Overview

An AI Hackathon to develop solutions for the Voluntary, Charity and Social Enterprise (VCSE) and SME sectors - bring your laptops

Overview

Your customer list lives in one spreadsheet. Sales pipeline lives in another. Delivery and project tracking lives in a third. None of them agree with each other, so nobody's looking at the same numbers, and decisions get made on gut feeling, or a board meeting starts with an argument over whose numbers are right.

This hackathon fixes that. Bring the spreadsheets you're actually using and want to consolidate. Bring your ideas too, even the ones that don't exist as a spreadsheet yet. By 12:30 you'll have a working app, built in Softr, that gives you one version of the truth.

Come ready to share and build.

Who it's for

This is for VCSE and SME leaders who feel the chaos firsthand: project or programme managers juggling separate spreadsheets to track activities, events and outcomes; founders and operations leads who need one shared system instead of five disconnected files; and anyone whose honest answer to "where's that data?" is "let me check a few different documents."

If that's you, this is your hackathon.
