About This Event

The Summer of Play event is held at Dyrham Park in Bath on 29 July 2026 starting at 10:30. Attendees can engage with art through various materials to create personal or group artwork.

There will a mix of arty things to choose from, exploring paints, pens, crayons and pencils to make your own creation as well as group pieces. Art-lovers can grab a clipboard and pencil to sketch a scene from the garden, house or parkland and make it into a watercolour. There will be some mass participation sessions such as the creation of a Delft tile inspired art work in the style of Dyrham's dairy. Modelling clay will be available on selected dates too.
